Cofounder and Sales Manager, Beth excels at connecting with people, her down to earth approach, direct communication style (and humour) has helped her build a comprehensive network and form the basis of many long-standing client relationships.   

Beth’s tenacious spirit and commitment to her clients has seen her win awards, including Rate My Agent 2019 Agent of the Year, Buderim. REIQ Queensland Salesperson of the Year and 5th Nationally.  

Experience: 

Beth’s real estate career began in back in 1996, after making a permanent move to the Sunshine Coast from New Zealand with her husband Robbie and their four children. After many successes selling for under franchise rules, they started their own agency in Buderim 14 years ago. Rebranding this year to the latest chapter in their story–RBM Realty.   

Beth inspires the sales team to perform at its peak whilst maintaining the highest standard of service. She works with an intimate knowledge of the Sunshine Coast, enviable negotiation skills and an innate ability to tune into what people really want. "I believe the experience of starting over in a new country at a mature age has given me special insight into people, understanding their needs and coping with change–an integral part of my approach to the industry".
